THE JOB
Monday is looking for a Strategy Director to join our Vancouver team. You are an agency veteran (bonus points for in-house brand experience) who has touched nearly every aspect of creative strategy—trend, audience, brand, marketing and campaign. You have developed high concept global campaigns and also understand the levers to pull in a holistic engagement plan. You give and receive feedback with curiosity and openness. You’re an optimist and a risk taker who lives and breathes the outdoors.
In this role you’ll exercise your creativity, collaboration and people management skills daily. You’ll be overseeing and gradually growing a team of strategists, researchers, writers and account managers—refining and establishing processes and best practices. You’ll also work closely with our clients, managing key relationships and seeking new opportunities for business growth.
The person best suited for this role has worked with direct-to-consumer/retail brands but can also flex into non-profit, real estate and education space as work requires. Strong presentation and writing skills are a must—you’ll be shaping brand stories and messaging and leading client workshops. You will report to our CEO, while working closely with our team in our Vancouver Headquarters (hybrid - 2 days/week in office minimum).
