Discovery & UX Strategy

Every website project starts with a Kickoff and Discovery, a collaborative workshop built to define clear goals and the why behind them. Through guided exercises and honest conversations, we get to know your business, audience and the vision you have for your digital ecosystem. 

Then we dive into UX strategy and research—auditing your existing site, drilling down on analytics, reviewing page speed and accessibility and analyzing the competitive landscape. This gives us a detailed picture of how your users move through your world; we’ll share it in a UX insights presentation that outlines how to improve their experience and lays out their journey in simple steps.

Wireframes

This is where strategy becomes structure. We lay out every page in low-fidelity wireframes—no color or photography, just the architecture of the experience. At a glance, you’ll know what users see first, where navigation lives and pages connect to move users towards an action. Keeping it simple at this stage means your whole team can weigh in early, ideas are easy to explore and adjust, and we land on the strongest possible structure early in the process.
